Michael E. Breslin, CPA, M.S.T., J.D.

Michael Breslin is FulServ’s Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 1998 after 10 years of Big Four experience, most recently as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG LLP. He is both a CPA and an attorney, an unusual and powerful combination.

Mike received his undergraduate business/accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1987, his graduate degree in taxation from DePaul University in 1990, and his law degree from Fordham Law in 1998.

Mr. Breslin is actively involved with each of the firm’s clients. His impressive educational background, combined with his attention to detail and genuine interest in his clients’ success, set him apart from most others in his profession.

Mike resides in Allendale, New Jersey with his wife, Eileen, and his daughter, Claire. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, and spending time with his family and friends.

Simone S. Burrell, Tax Manager

Simone Burrell is a graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and will soon be a Certified Public Accountant. Simone joined The Fulserv Group in August of 2001.

She manages FulServ’s individual tax practice and works closely with Michael Breslin, the firm’s Managing Partner, in all aspects of tax compliance, Federal and State audit representation, and Offers in Compromise.

Simone lives in Brooklyn, and enjoys shopping, socializing and meeting new people, watching sports, and spending time with her friends and family.

Crystal Chan, Tax Manager

Crystal Chan is a graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and will soon be a Certified Public Accountant. Crystal joined The Fulserv Group in March of 2004.

She manages FulServ’s business tax practice and works closely with Michael Breslin, the firm’s Managing Partner, in all aspects of tax compliance, Federal and State audit representation, and payroll and sales tax.

Crystal lives in Staten Island, and enjoys reading and watching movies.

Emily Lau, Tax Manager

Emily Lau is a graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and will soon be a Certified Public Accountant. Emily joined The Fulserv Group in January of 2005.

She manages FulServ’s bookkeeping practice and works closely with Michael Breslin, the firm’s Managing Partner, in all aspects of bookkeeping and individual and business tax compliance.

Emily lives in Queens, NY, and enjoys watching movies, shopping, and spending time with her dog, Shorty.
