Michael E. Breslin, CPA, M.S.T., J.D.

Michael Breslin is FulServ’s Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 1998 after 10 years of Big Four experience, most recently as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG LLP. He is both a CPA and an attorney, an unusual and powerful combination.

Mike received his undergraduate business/accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1987, his graduate degree in taxation from DePaul University in 1990, and his law degree from Fordham Law in 1998.

Mr. Breslin is actively involved with each of the firm’s clients. His impressive educational background, combined with his attention to detail and genuine interest in his clients’ success, set him apart from most others in his profession.

Mike resides in Wyckoff, New Jersey with his wife, Eileen, and his two children, Claire and Michael. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, and spending time with his family and friends.

Heroida Dedushi, Tax Manager

Heroida Dedushi is a graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and will soon be a Certified Public Accountant. Heroida joined The Fulserv Group in 2007.

She manages FulServ’s individual tax practice and works closely with Michael Breslin, the firm’s Managing Partner, in all aspects of tax compliance, Federal and State audit representation, and Offers in Compromise.

Heroida lives in The Bronx, and enjoys shopping, socializing and meeting new people, watching sports, and spending time with her friends and family.

Julianne Buzzetta, Tax Manager

Julianne Buzzetta is a graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and will soon be a Certified Public Accountant. Julianne joined The Fulserv Group in 2008.

She manages FulServ’s business tax practice and works closely with Michael Breslin, the firm’s Managing Partner, in all aspects of tax compliance, Federal and State audit representation, and payroll and sales tax.

Julianne lives in Brooklyn, and enjoys reading and watching movies.

Mickey Tam, Tax Manager

Mickey Tam is a graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and will soon be a Certified Public Accountant. Mickey joined The Fulserv Group in 2008.

She manages FulServ’s bookkeeping practice and works closely with Michael Breslin, the firm’s Managing Partner, in all aspects of bookkeeping and individual and business tax compliance.

Mickey lives in Brooklyn and enjoys watching movies, shopping, and spending time with her dog, Shorty.
