Michael E. Breslin, CPA, M.S.T., J.D.

Michael Breslin is FulServ’s Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 1998 after 10 years of Big Four experience, most recently as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG LLP. He is both a CPA and an attorney, an unusual and powerful combination.

Mike received his undergraduate business/accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1987, his graduate degree in taxation from DePaul University in 1990, and his law degree from Fordham Law in 1998. Since 2009, he has chaired the IRS Liaison Committee of the American Association of Attorney-CPA's and regularly participates on 2 committees which advise IRS leaders on improving our tax system.

Mr. Breslin is actively involved with each of the firm’s clients. His impressive educational background, combined with his attention to detail and genuine interest in his clients’ success, set him apart from most others in his profession.

Mike resides in Wyckoff, New Jersey with his wife, Eileen, and his two children, Claire and Michael. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, and spending time with his family and friends.
